Pure lace or Pure lace shop.I was scammed out of $95.40 The wig they sent me looked like a dead squirrel that had gotten rolled over by a car.You catch hell trying to contact the number on their site.There are two many digits in the number and the email addresses arent legit.Cancel your card and ask them to send you an expedited card,so that this company can’t get anymore of your money.Please contact the BBB.and the FCC to report them as scammers.If you do receive a dead squirrel please keep the package that it came in,the BBB will need all the information from the package.This company is a pure rip off.I received an expedited card,but I have to fill out a service investigation form before I can receive my $95.40 back.I will never order anything else on line.Never.This is a lesson to learn.Buyer beware.They even send you a tracking number,they are also located in China.I was also scammed Please help me to get my $95.40 back.

I totally understand your frustration. There has got to be something we can do. I just can’t understand how they continue to get away with these kinda things! Now I will only order from EBay, Amazon, or The real wig sites like Especially Yours, etc, never ever had a problem with those.

Just recieved my wig from ACGRAB. I ordered a glamorous lace frontal wig 20″ straight dark brown.
What i recieved was a cheap, tacky red wig that shed so much just picking it up. This wig is the worst ive seen and im chasing them for a refund. They dont reply to emails so i will probably go through Paypal to get my money back

I purchased 3 wigs from the same site 2 straight 1 curly!!!! Garbage soon as I picked up the hair they shedding started immediately very poorly made!! No lace No bands, No combs!!! I wish I could go there today I promise on everything I woul catch a charge rediculous how they are able to get away with misleading us here in the USA !!! Buyer Beware!!!

Forever Hair was the company that sent me irregular wig, promotion was for lace front wigs. When received there was no lace front and wig cap was even to small for a child’s head. Wrote for refund only to find out the email address was fake, sales@trendyhair.com BE CAREFUL!

I ordered a smartwatch on noveltygift.store and received a smartbracelet 3 times cheaper than the object i wanted and when i asked about returning they said i have to pay the shipping fee wich costs rhe same ammount i paid for the watch. Therefore i would lose money and the objects. Stay away from this site anf if anyone knows a way to denounce them please share

I was ripped off but a wig site by the name of dream I ordered two beautiful I thought braided wigs and when I got my package it was about 8 braided strands of hair on a string a good thing I only paid $20 for it so do not order from a Chinese website with pretty braids advertised by the name of dream

Showsfox.com is a scam. I ordered a wig in May & never received anything in return. I contacted them via chat & email. They responded with apologies and assured me that I would receive a full refund the following week. When I went back to the site intending to chat with someone. The website had changed & my account was suddenly no longer valid get they withdrew $$ from my account & I have nothing to show for. On there new site there is no contact information what so ever. How can these scammers get away with stealing from people like this???

I was ripped off by purelace.shop. I ordered a lacefront wig, the wig maid not have any lace you cant even part it , I ordered a short curly wig, I got a long cheap wig. Purelace.shop is a China Wig scam. Ordered a lace front wig and got a cheap Halloween wig. I asked for a refund because what I received is not what I ordered. Their return policy says that they will refund your money if it is under $70 and you may keep the wrong item. Well, they wanted me to ship it back to China! GTFO! I called PayPal and they refunded my money! Jokes on you PureLace! That wig is going in the same trash! It doesn’t even fit my head!

I did get a wig but looks NOTHING like the video not even close….not even the right size…I contacted them and they said they would refund my money but they wouldn’t pay for shipping which is more than the cost of the wig. DO NOT ORDER wigs from China its one company with multiple names.

I ordered over $100 worth of products from TrendyWigs.com back in August.
After receiving a tracking number almost instantly, I noticed the package never left China. A couple of weeks later, I asked the company about the order, to which they gave me the number for USPS and kept giving excuses as to why the products weren’t being shipped. “It’s our busy season. (IN AUGUST)” “The recent hurricane stopped your package.” Etc.
Once I realized this company was a scam, I asked for a refund FIVE times, only to be ignored.
I went to their social media profiles on facebook and Instagram and found others with the same experience. We tried to warn others, but the company keeps deleting our comments and eventually BLOCKED me.
There is virtually no way to obtain my money back, other than disputing the charges.
The people or person operating this fake company is just disgusting.
