ALSO DO NOT BUY FROM PURELACE.SHOP I HAVE JUST SUBMITTED SCAM COMPLAINTS TO THE BBB. I AM SENDING A LETTER TO THE COMPANY IN CHINA NOW ALSO AND HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL ANSWER MY LETTER. TOTAL LOSS TO THAT COMPANY WAS $66.00, FOR THE PURCHASE AND SHIPPING RETURN TO THE COMPANY FOR A WIG I DIDN’T ORDER, BUT NEVER GOT REFUNDED THE ENTIRE MONTH OF AUGUST 2018.

I purchased a wig from PerfeHair. Ridiculous product.. It took 19 days. The package has my 10 digit phone number on the outside No tag, synthetic hair looks like a costume wig. They need to be incarcerated.

There are so many of these rubbish shops around. I got 3 wigs from 2 different companies, all wigs look like dress up wigs you’d wear as a joke. All just rubbish.
PayPal are onto them for me.
Always buy through pay pal to protect yourself or better still dont buy from these fraudulent companies, do you research first.

I ORDER 3 OF THESE WIGS AND WHAT I RECEIVED WAS 3 OF THE SAME WIGS IN UNMARK PACKAGES. NOT A PIECE OF LACE ANYWHERE ON THEM. I CONTACT THE SELLER (EMAIL) THEY ASK FOR PICTURES OF WHAT I RECEIVED ACTING LIKE THEY WERE SO SHOCK, THAT THEY HAD SENT THE WRONG WIGS AND DID NOTHING. IM SO GLAD I HAVE PAYPAL, FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THE SELLER AND PAYPAL GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK. IF YOU HAVE MADE THIS MISTAKE AS I DID…AND YOU USE A CREDIT CARD, YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THESE CLOWNS BY CALLING YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY WILL HELP YOU. TAKE MY WORD AND NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY…ITS A PRUE SCAM…..

Totally agree MyBestWig – Perfehair is false advertising their wigs for caucasian women.
3 wigs I’ve purchased and 3 were received and nothing like what they show on the website.
I’ve now learned an expensive financial lesson.

I ordered 3 wigs recently from a ad on FB. look so nice in videos, but they are rubbish, no lace front as advertised, one was suppose to be human hair, and nothing like they looked on the video.There are so many of these companies selling these, and I think they are several shops trading under one umbrella.
I have Pay Pal on their case, I had to send them a photo of what I received, as if they didn’t know.
DONT BUY ANY OF THESE FAKE WIGS, AND ALWAYS BUY THROUGH PAY PAL, THEY ARE GREAT.

The trouble is there are heaps of these wigs being sold under other business names. I’ve bought through PayPal and have received refund through PayPal, one I’ve sent back but haven’t got refund yet.
ALL bought off sites on Facebook. DON’T TOUCH THESE NOTHING LIKE THEY ADVERTISE!!

i ordered hair and got the complete opposite of what i ordered. this was my order Pre Plucked Curly Brazilian Remy Hair Full Lace Wig Bleached Knots Bob Wig. what i got was a super curly afro thats got pieces coming off. ruined my plans totally. pist! now in have to go thru the whole return headache

I agree, I’ve bought 3 from z technololgies 2 different shops under that umbrella.
They are nothing like they advertise. Just rubbish. PayPal got me a refund on one. The other two I sent back but still don’t have refund yet. PayPal are dealing with it.
Don’t buy any of these wig places advertising on FB.

Yep complete scam! The wig i got (if you even call it a wig) is the worst thing i have ever seen. Wrong colour, texture is awful…. so wrong! Thank god i brought only one and through Paypal. Requesting a refund right now!

If you were scammed by PrefeHair, or another site. PLEASE. Go to the BBB.org website and file a complaint . Hopefully each and everyone who was scammed will be reimbursed for what was lost. Here is a link to do so.

I think most of these wigs advertised on FB are scams. I ordered wigs from two different companies, one to be fair did refund through PayPal. The other told be to send back and when received would refund , but as I didn’t track parcel they say they didn’t get back. Which I think is rubbish. Tracking was going to cost more than the wigs.
The thing is these wigs are nothing like advertised, no lace fronts as advertised, just rubbish. Some were suppose to be real hair as well, but weren’t.
So people don’t buy these companies are selling you rubbish, don’t bother ordering.
