I ordered from Wigsmart and did receive a wig. Different colour, style, cut, length to the photo of the one I ordered. Sent countless emails. Now I have concluded that it was money down the drain. I have contacted the consumer advice who’s advice is to go through the small claims court.

I think these people are operating under another name WIGSIS, I ordered a human hair wig which cost me £120 when it arrived it was nothing like the advertised photo not the style or colour!
At the moment myself and WIGSIS are having daily conversations via e-mail as they will not give me a returns address so I can send it back!
They have even surgested I take it to a hairdresser for a trim

Wigsis is a fraud!!!!! Do not ever order from them. Wigs are not as ordered and they WILL NOT let you return even though they say they have a return, they DO NOT!!! They need to be stopped from this scam. You order you will not get correct color or the wig is not good quality, so you will be stuck with it.

I orders a human hair wig in a short style natural brown colour.
When it arrived it was not the colour or the style I had ordered.
I made several phone calls to the company and was told by the same person to take the wig to the hair dressers! I explained that have spent a considerable amount of money already, I was not prepared to pay to have it styled and coloured so that it matched what it had ordered.

Sadly I have ordered several wigs from several different companies that are supposed to be in the US. They are not. I just ordered 2 wigs from Bestinwigs.com. $231.00. I received them today and they are total crap. Nothing like the picture, not even close to the colors I ordered. I had the same experience with WigSis. I got a piece of a wig from them that was fake hair and covered in oil. To the trash. Now I am dealing with this new ordeal. I should of looked closer, but the address they gave was in the US. Now I see that they came from China and they are definitely CRAP! I am so tired of getting ripped off by these bastards! Isn’t it illegal to fraud someone through the mail? Ladies, we need to do something. I have to wear a wig every day and I live in Cheyenne. What do you think my wig buying options might be? Pretty darn scarce for sure. I believe that I will have to drive all the way to Denver to purchase a wig, as these pieces of shit keep ripping people off. I am also not wealthy, so $231 is a lot of money to me. This is just ludicrous! Oh and the whole front part of the two wigs I just ordered are all lace. I hate lace, that’s why I order wigs with bangs. There was maybe 2-3 pieces of bangs on them.

Sorry!! Reading the reviews saved me from their clutches. If I were you I’d order from Amazon. Measure your head to know your size and go for it. They have FREE returns (at least for Prime members). Use PayPal for your other purchases if possible. They will support and work with you if you find yourself in a similar situation. Finally, most wig companies have color sample rings they can send you. You pay a deposit but it is refunded once the ring is returned.

I ordered a wig from this company called PERFELHAIR ON 7/6/18..Well quess what ya’ll !! THIS is a SCAM!!!! the wig i received today on 7/24/18 look nothing like the picture on the site!! !NOT the Color,or the Cut. It is a Mess!!

The company advertising philadelphia designer bob head (FibS077)order #31534 sent me the wrong wig on purpose because they had all the information and showed a picture of wig with order number. I dont have 25.84 to just throw away something needs to be done about this .

Lion’s Head Wig is a scam too! Merchant name is SZ Technology Co., Limited. I ordered their 5th Anniversary wig Synthetic Lace Front Wig hand tied buttered toast color. When I finally got it – yes shipped allll the way from China the top is a mess! It is very thin on top and the base of thehair that is there is all ratted and frayed looking. You can see right through to the lace in several spots. No way to wear it. I have tried to arrange it to cover it up but not enough hair to do it. Also when I try to find a way to contact them to tell them how bad it is there is no return info or contact info. Ridiculous! I have pictures but no way to upload them. DONT BY FROM LIONS HEAD!!!

I wish I’d looked for reviews before buying !! This company practices unscrupulous business practices…they are a ripoff !! Cheaply made inferior wigs you cannot send back or get your money returned they are located in China even though the company that processes your credit card information says they are located in Poland. At least one month between ordering and receivng . There are no returns apparently even though they have a return policy on their website. Save your hard-earned money and let’s put this company out of business!

I ordered a beautiful long reddish brown wig from wigsbuy.com and received a Halloween costume wig with a black crown and blue streaks the rest of the wig was orange with white stripes. Really ugly . I am out $140 . I tried to return for a refund and they say there is no such order #. My wig was shipped from Poland but the company is Chinese. The charged my credit card on 1/30/2019 I did not receive the product till 2/26/2019. Do nut buy from this site. Very poor quality, no customer service satisfaction, and you are out a lot of money with no recourse.

I am trying to return a wig I bought from wigsbuy . It is a total nightmare. The product I received was garbage. It was supposed to be real hair and bling I got a grayish mess that does look at all like the picture. I am sure this company is a fraud! Do not purchase any thing from this company. First there was no return address label, second called customer service the person didn’t speak directly to me and then just hung up.
So not happy with this company, waited 2 weeks, then not to be happy with the product, now the great run around in trying to return this sub-par product.
Feel completely ripped -off. Guess I’m going to be giving the BBB a phone call and complain to them.
Sounds like this is a company that’s pretty low-down and dirty.

I ordered a wig for my wife. What we received does not resemble their WebSite photo at all. Additionally, the wig looks like it was used and probably used as a scary Halloween costume. Beyond ridiculous. I tried contacting Wigsbuy the same day and fill out there online dispute form.
I have sent numerous emails and tried calling. They have not responded. There phone posted online is bogus.
Wigsbuy is a fraudulent company, stay away. I am contacting the State Attorney General’s office to see what can be done to stop this group of fraudsters from ripping people off. Wigsbuy is as bad as it gets for fraud.

I placed an order with Wigsbuy over a month ago and paid for expedited shipping and to date haven’t received it yet. They keep sending me messages that they need to confirm the shipping address. I have sent it to them several times and at any rate I KNOW they have it because it is plainly on the order form!!! They certainly had no problem with charging my credit card!!!! This is so aggravating. It is so sad that they seem to be getting by with this scam for so long and scamming so many people.

Each time I put in a complaint stating I want my money back they do not respond. I filed 4 complaints without a response. Today I am calling the police and claim fraud. Maybe then I can get my money reimbursed by my bank. I’m speaking of Wigsbuy.

They are scam artists. Please don’t be tricked by them. They advertise falsely on the wigsbuy.com website. Then they send you a pile of fake hair as a wig, and they refuse to communicate or give you a refund. They need to be reported and shut down. These wigs are being shipped from China and are very poor quality. Buyer Beware. Turn them in for FRAUD.

Very unhappy customer. They don’t have a cust service number everything is done on line with minimal space for explanation. The color that was sent was totally off than what was shown and after 2 days of trying to return or exchange I was told my wig was non returnable.

Received my wig last week, emailed them to tell them the fit, color & style was wrong. Said there’s nothing they can do and would give me a discount on another wig. ” seriously, why would I spend more $$$ for another to not fit!”.
DON’T ORDER FROM THEY, THERE ONLY OUT FOR THE $$.
THE wigs look very cheap, poorly made, looks nothing like the picture and they will not give ANY REFUNDS.

My daughter bought me a wig for Mothers Dat, paid for expedited shipping, it finally arrived late June. The style was half o.k., worked on one side, not the other and was totally the wrong color and I was really self conscious wearing it. Stupidly, I ordered another one , same style, got another one , still not the color I ordered, but not quite so platinum blonde, and the style was better. After reading these reviews I wish I’d read before, won’t attempt to return it.

Yes wigsbuy is a horrible scam. Wig looked like a Halloween wig. I ordered a human hair wig – it wasn’t! They steal pictures from reputable wig companies and send horrible looking wigs. They lie. Told me they make them AFTER the order is placed. NOT TRUE. I ordered in 7/23 emailed them immediately after to cancel and they answered me two days later said it had already been shipped It ti returned it and took 4 months to get a refund thru PayPal.

I am willing to put up the money for an attorney and get this fake company held accountable for being unethical.
If you have had any issues with this company.. please feel free to reach out to me. With enough people standing up to them.. it will be essay to have them removed or be well known for the dishonest business that they run and we can force them to withdraw for selling in the United States.

Placed order for a pixie wig. Cancelled within 24 hours. Sent email to cancel order. Received one email asking am I sure I want to cancel and that I must reply. Second email asking for item number but no item number shows on order. I sent another email asking for a full refund. Still haven’t heard from them. How is this company still allowed to operate and rob people? They should be shut down. Is anyone listening???

All the reviews on the website are positive, so I took the chance and made a purchase. I almost immediately regretted it. I tried cancelling 17 minutes after placing order but I didn’t get a response for 3 days. The response was, sorry can’t cancel it’s already shipped.
I just received the wig today and like so many other complaints, it’s completely different then what I ordered. So unacceptable.

HORRIBLE!!! This company stays in business because they steal money from anyone who orders from them, the WOST EVER!!! I purchased 2 wigs last January 2021, for a total of $262.00. upon receiving the wigs i was totally dissatisfied,after I made this purchase my credit card was compromised because of them! We went back and forth for months! We made an agreement that once the wigs were returned in perfect condition which they were, they would send me a refund through PayPal,it never happened, still waiting! During this past year of dealing with low life SCUMBAGS I decided to contact anyone who could possibly help,I contacted the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, California Attorney General, New York Attorney General, Sitejabber, Trustpilot and the list goes on, no one will help! Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this unethical company! They are the WORST I have ever dealt with and they continue to get away with false advertising,lying, cheating and stealing! Their customer service is a disgrace, they never answer their phone and all you ever get is a busy signal or a recording saying they can’t come to the phone. They have from what I know at least 5 different addresses based out of California and China, go figure! I wish I lived in California. I swear I would go after them, they SCAMMED me big time and are laughing all the way to the bank. At this point I’m waiting for Karma to do it’s thing!

Sorry this happened to you. You should do a dispute with the credit card company that you used for payment. Normally they will give you a provisional refund dependent upon their final investigation of the transaction. That’s the best way to handle this. They should be ashamed of themselves for scamming customers this way! Just despicable!!

I purchased a wig from Wigsbuy believing that it was a local company. It was only after I checked out that I realized it was coming from China.
After I realized it was not a local company, immediately after ordering-17 minutes to be exact, I tried to cancel the order. I sent 3 emails and when Wigsbuy finally replied 3 days later, I was informed that it was “to late to cancel” as wig already shipped. The wig I ordered and the wig I received are completely different. Scam. Please don’t buy from this company.

I also purchased 2 wigs from wigsbuy.com believing they were a legit site. But the wigs i got are worse than an costume wigs and they also were not cheap. Jagged edges, way to much fake hair that goes in every which direction. Looks nothing like the pictures. I own 12 wigs all of which I have purchased from Vogue.com and have never been disappointed! However, after reading wigsbuy.com reviews, I am not going to bother trying to get my $$ back. Will just chalk it up to buyer beware. Should have read reviews before purchasing. The fact that there were no real models, just pictures of movie stars wearing their own hair should have tipped me off. My granddaughters will enjoy playing dress up with them, because that is all they are good for.
