Purchased a wig from this site and the one I received was terrible and quality was very poor. I contacted them and said that I want to return it and get a refund and they agreed. They gave me a return address and I shipped it back at my own expense. About two weeks later when they received the wig they contacted me and said that it was damaged and they will not refund me!! They said that if I wanted to get the wig back I needed to pay the shipping fee! This site is nothing but scam, stay away!!

I wish I had searched deeper for reviews before I dealt with this company. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and decided to spend a bit more on something the guarantee would fit me like a glove. The wig I ordered cost $274 and was nothing I MEAN NOTHING like what I ordered. I paid through PayPal also and they were no help. Seems they’re in on it. I could not believe the way I was treated by both of them. I don’t know what kind of hair it was but it may as well been rat hair. It was awful, so awful and they would not refund my money unless I mailed it to China which would have cost almost $200 on their site it says it’s all done in the U.S. and any issue would be dealt with through there.. Please ladies stay far away from them and if you wind up in my situation please report them through the better business bureau and the consumer fraud dept through the attorney general’s office. The pain and suffering they’ve caused so many woman we need a class action suit!!!!! Content found on SiteJabber.com

Here is WigSis.com latest US location according to their web site: Miss Vivian, 805A 12th Ave, Fairbanks, AK 99703 (Alaska, United States), we used google maps to locate the address and see what we found:

  1. I wish I would have done my online research first. This company is truly taking people’s money and failing to provide them with the goods or services that the customer has paid for. We bought a $242 wig. When it arrived we immediately noticed the wig was NOTHING like the description nor was it human hair. It was some cheap synthetic costume substitute. We carefully followed the return policies clearly posted on their website. We have spent nearly a month emailing daily to “Celia” in their customer service department. “She” has refused to give us a full refund stating that the wig was crafted as a special order just for us and they have a lot of money, time and effort invested in it. We have so far received a 10% refund credited back to our bank account, a promise for a 15% discount on our next order (I don’t think so) and we get to keep the sorry fake pelt which was delivered to us on Oct 26. I have begged, pleaded, and demanded a refund with no success. Just further sob stories about how hard they worked to make the wig and how much they have invested in it. I will find every review site I can and post our experience with this pathetic business and report them to any agency I can find that deals with internet fraud. I’m also looking into a class action suit as our experience is clearly not the only one of its kind. WigSis has stolen from people in the US, UK and Australia for sure and I’m still trying to find others. Although the total this company has stolen from us doesn’t amount to that much, there are too many victims from this kind of fraud from this company. And this is not their first run. Dig a little and you’ll find this company works their scam under a name for a while then closes down only to reopen again under another name. DONT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS.

    • The wig that I ordered was not the same color, had lace that was visible/hanging out around the edges, was different lengths in the back, was larger than the size I ordered, and looked NOTHING like the picture. I contacted the company immediately so that I could return the wig and they gave me the runaround for days. I immediately contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint against them and my money was returned to me within a few days.

      • Mary, I also saw this scam after I placed my order! That is when I woke up and decided to not let them get away with it. I did have to pay almost $40.00 to ship it back to China but I did get a credit of $142.00.
Never again will I order from this awful company. I hope they go out of business ASAP!!!

    • I have had a similar experience as you. The wig looks nothing like the picture and I don’t believe it is human hair (PAID $150.00). They do not accept returns, irregardless of their return policy. WigSis.com is a SCAM company. DON’T PURCHASE from them. I wish I had checked the internet before I ordered from them.

  2. I also contacted them because i was very eager to buy this wig, they advertised this wig I wanted as Remy Hair, so I sent them an email to inquiry about it. After reading their reply, the English was worded totally suspect, and I asked for a customer service contact phone number and I questioned it which prompted me to look them up, which lead me to this SCAM ALERT!
I hate people like this and they need to be put on BLAST!

  7. I agree. Should have done some research before buying from this company. They do not even provide an address where wigs are returned because they are not going to give you a refund. They are going to run you around forever and you won’t be able to get a refund. I took the 2 wigs I ordered which were the absolutely wrong color and did not fit and took them to a wig salon locally and donated them. I wasn’t going to go through the mill and the expense of returning them to them to be told I did not qualify to return. Never order from them again. I have been very successful with ordering online for years from other companies.

  10. I ordered a wig from them and after I put my info in, I went back to check my order. They were charging me for 3 wigs. I immediately cancelled and blocked my account. They had already managed to take the cost of one wig. They told my the wig had already shipped so they couldn’t refund me. I repeat I cancelled immediately. I refused to accept the shipment and I am still trying to get my money back.

    • I ordered ONE wig in January 2018. After I placed my order and put in all of my information. I went back to check. They had put 3 wigs on my order so I immidiatly cancelled the order. They told me it was too late to cancell that they had already shipped. I CANCELLED THE DAY AFTER I ORDERED. They said I cancelled after 3 days. NOT TRUE. I called my bank to stop payment but they had already taken the money for one wig. They sent the wig and I refused shipment. I went to the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General and a TV station. None of them helped. If you want to file a small claim, you have to file in Alaska where they are located, as Wigsis does not have to come to your town. So now I have no wig and they have my money. I emailed them nasty letters every day, sometimes two and three times a day. I sent them all the complaints I could find on them. It took me six months but they finally sent me 50 percent of my money. They still owe me half and they’re not done hearing from me. If everyone that they scammed flooded them with emails they would be overwhelmed!

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE ORDERING. GUARANTEED. I wish someone had warned me.

If I live to be a hundred they will be getting an email from me every day unless they refund me. They want to refund me 50%. Why the hell should I agree to giving them any of my money?

I paid over $240 for this piece of junk. I am going to look through my INTERPOL records and report your company.

  15. I’m so glad I stumbled onto this page tonight. I was seconds away from taking the chance on a $240 wig that I have been eyeing for 4 months. This wig is the best haircut I have wanted for years. I know they stole the photo, but had hoped they could duplicate the style. They told me they could customize the color and even make it a little longer…… I guess they would, SCAM City NOT ME THANKS YOU ALL THOSE ABOVE! TAKE PEACE IN KNOWING THAT YOU HAVE SAVED ONE LADY FROM HEARTACHE AND WALLET STOLEN. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

  16. WIGSIS advertises using pictures as seen on other reputable wig sites that lure you in because you think you are getting the same quality, name brands etc. I was too trusting. I ordered 3 wigs assuming they would be Noriko, or Rene of Paris, or Raquel Welch name brands, that I have worn for years, as the pictures indicated. I have worn wigs for years and I use multiple wig sites depending on sales and prices. I never thought for a minute these would be any different. When they finally arrived I burst into tears. They are absolute trash!! You can’t even figure out which is the front and which is the back!!! It took 6 weeks for the order to come which should have warned me. No return policy. No exchanges. No address found on the box. Can’t be worn! I am out considerable money for a women living on social security. Such a rip off. They should be shut down. NO ONE SHOULD ORDER FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE GARBAGE!!

  17. I’m working on a blog about this! Mom had the same problem, recently. In the process of demanding $125 of the $165 back. They just offered her $100. I don’t think so. $125 is what it would cost to ship it back, that’s what we want. I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC as well. I’m also working on the CEOs of Fedex and UPS who do business with them. I’ve contacted Facebook about their company to get their facebook page taken down.

My blog is behind the investigation of the Office Depot/Swinton Trading Company office chair scandal. The Consumer Product Safety Council had contacted me after reading my posts and the hundreds of comments that people left. It resulted in a lawsuit of over $3.5 million against Office Depot.

There is a way to stop them from doing business here. Don’t give up 🙂 –Jess

  18. STOP. Do not buy any wigs from WIGSIS. They are a Chinese internet scam company. It took me 4 months of back and forth with them finally to get my money back,. I got my credit union involved and I just received notice today that my dispute was successful. I got all my money back. You must go to your bank to help you. Do not let them get away with this scam. It was worth all the stress and frustration. They count on people just to give up. Not me. When I get cheated I turn into a bit bull.
